As a certified massage therapist and member of the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB), Jeanette is committed to elevating both the wellness and professional growth of massage therapists worldwide.

Her journey began in 2002, providing over a thousand hours of therapeutic massage to U.S. military personnel, earning her the prestigious Presidential Volunteer Award in 2006. Jeanette has since become a dedicated advocate for wounded veterans, founding Warriors in Recovery, a non-profit focused on healing and empowerment.

In her professional career, Jeanette has revolutionized the way massage therapists run their businesses. She’s the founder of MassageBizPro, offering education, courses, and business coaching. Her vision for empowering therapists led to the creation of The Massage Conference Live, a virtual event designed to help therapists thrive even during challenging times.

Jeanette’s expertise extends far beyond her clinic. She served as the Head Massage Therapist for the United States Marine Corps Wounded Medical Team and pioneered the Massage Program for the Air Force Wounded Warriors.
